First Question is what is Emulin
Emulin is a natural, over-the-counter compound derived from fruits, such as
grapefruits, grapes and berries. Emulin works with enzymes to metabolize
carbohydrates and lower blood sugar levels. Emulin was discovered by Daryl
Thompson, a food and bio-chemist, and Dr. Joseph Ahrens, former director of
research for the Florida Department of Citrus, by studying the use of grapefruit as a
weight loss tool.
Studies have shown Emulin to...
• slow the conversion of complex carbohydrates to simple sugars
• reduce sugar absorption to the bloodstream while stimulating absorption to
• slow down gluconeogensis by the liver
• increase breakdown of lipids in fat tissue
• increase insulin sensitivity by increasing glucose transporters in muscle tissue
in the presence of insulin
• block an insulin inhibitor called TNF alpha, which therefore increases insulin
release from pancreatic tissue
Emulin® was discovered by Nobel Prize Nominee scientists after 10 years
of rigorous testing and research. The proprietary blend of natural plant
flavonoids has been awarded a US patent and has also been tested in two
clinical studies where it was shown to help lower blood sugar, which can
help with weight management and inflammation in the body.
Pathway #1: Starch to Sugar Conversion - Emulin+ goes to work when you
eat. It buffers the enzymes that break starches down into glucose, which
means less sugar is released from food.
Pathway #2: Glucose Absorption - When food is digested in the upper GI
(gastrointestinal tract) Emulin+ buffers the absorption of glucose so less
sugar reaches the bloodstream.
Pathway #3: Glucose Tissue Uptake - Once sugar is in the blood, Emulin+
helps move it into tissues, such as muscles, where it provides energy and
Pathway #4: Fat Formation - Emulin+ acts as a “traffic cop” directing sugar
away from fat stores and into muscle tissue. It signals to increases
metabolism to help burn even more fat.
Pathway #5: Glucose Homeostasis - Emulin+ helps maintain a healthy
balance of blood sugar so it doesn’t spike too high or dip too low.
Pathway #6: Insulin Release - Emulin+ encourages fast, healthy release of
insulin when the body needs it. Insulin transports glucose across cell
membranes and removes it from blood.
Pathway #7: Insulin Sensitivity -The better your body responds to insulin,
the more insulin sensitive you are. Emulin+ promotes increased insulin
sensitivity so you need less insulin to lower blood sugar.
Where are the Ingredients for Emulin being produced?
Emulin itself is made up of 3 main Ingredients, the first one is grape and it
is coming from the United States, it is the by product of the wine industry
and the grape comes from there, the Coffee comes from India and the
Onion comes from China from a trusted source that supplies to quite a few
Is Emulin Considered Organic?
It is not certified as Organic but it is Pesticide Free we have several
certifications that you need to do for Botanicals and there is 1 that complies
with an ISO, we we comply with all the ISO in terms of saying we are free of
Is it free from GMO products?
Absolutely! There is nothing in Emulin that has anything near genetic
modification, everything you get is all natural it is not chemical
compounds, it is coming from real plants that grow in the ground, nothing
is grown in a lab somewhere.
We consume too many refined carbohydrates, especially sugar and starch.
Excess carbs lead to “carb toxicity” - increased blood sugar, elevated blood fats, excessive weight gain, poor sleep, sluggish physical and mental energy. Excess intake causes blood sugar peaks, leading to tiredness and constant hunger. Prolonged excess carb intake leads to inflammation – the root cause of most disease.
EMULIN® is the world’s first “carbohydrate manager.” Its all-natural patented blend of 3 ingredients that work in synergy to significantly reduce the negative effects of carbohydrates, giving sustained energy throughout the day.
EMULIN® was developed by Dr. Joseph Ahrens – a two-time Nobel Prize nominee. He often says that if EMULIN was discovered 50 years ago it would have been classified as a “vitamin.” Modern day food processing has stripped “EMULIN-like compounds” from our diet. These need to be added back by supplementation -- 750 mg of EMULIN effectively provides this.
Dr. Ahrens identified three phytochemicals namely Emulin®at various key enzymatic control points that affect carbohydrates digestion, storage and metabolism.
These compounds have been left out in our modern day diets as we processed and refined our food. The three actives of Emulin® work together to protect your body and manage the ill effects of any excess carbs consumed.
